This School Service Agreement combines the Athletics Manager Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. It applies to the school or organisation using Athletics Manager and is accepted by the authorised school representative signing this document.
Athletics Manager is operated by Ala'a Yousif, trading as Athletics Manager.
Athletics Manager is a cloud-based athletics carnival management platform designed for schools and educational organisations.

By entering into this agreement, the person accepting these Terms confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of their school or organisation.
The School is responsible for all staff accounts created under its subscription, ensuring authorised access only, maintaining login confidentiality, and supervising use of the platform by staff members.
Athletics Manager is provided on an annual subscription basis. Subscriptions are valid for the agreed subscription period, do not automatically renew unless otherwise agreed, and may require renewal before continued access is provided.
Failure to renew a subscription may result in suspension or removal of access to the platform.
Subscription fees are agreed separately between Athletics Manager and the School. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), and payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced.
The School may use Athletics Manager solely for legitimate educational, sporting, and administrative purposes.
The School and its users must not misuse or interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, use the platform unlawfully, or copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software without written permission.
The School retains ownership of the data it uploads or enters into Athletics Manager, including student information, staff information, event results, and athletics records.
Athletics Manager retains ownership of the platform, software code, branding, logos, interface designs, and intellectual property associated with the service.
The School is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered into the platform. Athletics Manager is not responsible for incorrect event results, inaccurate student data, staff input errors, or deleted or overwritten records caused by user actions.
Athletics Manager will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and reliability. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may primarily occur outside standard school teaching hours.
Athletics Manager may rely on third-party services and infrastructure providers, including cloud hosting, authentication, database, analytics, and storage providers. Athletics Manager is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.
Athletics Manager may store and process information required for athletics carnival operations, including student names, year groups, houses, dates of birth, event participation and results, and staff account information. The School confirms that it has authority to provide and manage such information within the platform.
Athletics Manager reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, fees remain unpaid, the platform is misused, or unlawful or harmful activity occurs. The School may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athletics Manager is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of event results, internet or connectivity failures, operational disruptions, staff or user errors, or temporary service interruptions.
The School acknowledges that Athletics Manager is a software tool intended to assist athletics carnival operations and should not be relied upon as the sole backup or recordkeeping system.
Athletics Manager may update features, modify functionality, improve or redesign parts of the platform, and add or remove services as part of ongoing development and maintenance.
Athletics Manager may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of Athletics Manager will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Athletics Manager uses information to provide and operate the platform, manage athletics carnival events, authenticate users, store and display event data, generate results and exports, improve platform functionality, provide technical support, and maintain platform security and reliability.
Information is used solely for legitimate educational and operational purposes associated with the Athletics Manager service.
Schools retain ownership of the data they upload or enter into Athletics Manager. Athletics Manager does not claim ownership over student data, school records, athletics results, or staff-entered information.
Athletics Manager uses cloud-based infrastructure and reasonable security measures to help protect stored information. However, no online platform or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Athletics Manager may use third-party providers to support platform functionality and infrastructure, including cloud hosting providers, authentication services, database and storage providers, and analytics or monitoring tools.
Access to school data is restricted to authorised staff users of the School and Athletics Manager administrators where reasonably required for technical support, maintenance, or troubleshooting. Athletics Manager does not sell school or student information to third parties.
Schools may export or delete their own data through the platform where functionality is available. Upon written request or account termination, Athletics Manager will make reasonable efforts to delete School data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to backup systems, technical limitations, and legal obligations.
Schools are responsible for ensuring authorised use of the platform, maintaining account security, supervising staff access, verifying the accuracy of uploaded information, and complying with their own privacy and student data obligations. Schools should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information into the platform.
Athletics Manager is intended for use by schools and authorised educational staff, not direct use by students. Student information is managed by Schools and authorised staff users for athletics carnival and sporting administration purposes.
Athletics Manager may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal requirements, operational changes, platform updates, or security improvements. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Athletics Manager is designed to support schools in managing athletics carnival data securely and responsibly.
The platform may store school, staff, student, event, and results information required to operate athletics carnival features. Data is stored using cloud-based infrastructure and access is controlled through authorised staff accounts, school-based permissions, and authentication services.
Reasonable steps are taken to restrict unauthorised access, protect user accounts, maintain system security, and reduce the risk of data misuse or loss. Schools remain responsible for ensuring that only authorised staff are given access, that uploaded information is accurate, and that unnecessary sensitive information is not entered into the platform.
Schools are encouraged to regularly export and retain copies of important event data and results, as Athletics Manager should not be used as the sole backup or recordkeeping system.
